We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Executive to support our growing portfolio of Build-to-Rent communities in St Peters and Ashfield. As one of the first points of contact for prospective residents, you’ll play an important role in shaping their experience of Nation. You’ll respond to enquiries, understand what each person is looking for, conduct tailored property tours and help match them with the apartment and community that best suit their needs.
This is a hands-on, business-facing role for someone who understands both technology and operations. You’ll work across Nation to understand how teams work today, identify where processes can be simpler and translate business needs into practical digital solutions. You’ll lead the ongoing evolution of our business systems, customer-facing platforms and technology ecosystem. That includes strengthening integrations, improving data quality, coordinating major system enhancements and helping teams adopt smarter, more scalable ways of working.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Senior Property Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of Nation's residential portfolio within their precinct, ensuring best-in-class property management, operational performance, compliance, and resident outcomes. This role is based across our sites in St Peters & Ashbury.
